1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CortVista website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CortVista provides software development, design, and digital marketing services. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work product created specifically for their project. CortVista retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in project delivery.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a 30% deposit is required to commence work, with remaining payments tied to project milestones.
5. Limitation of Liability
CortVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
